The Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administración (IESA), is seeking academics interested in a career at the Institute, as fulltime professors
, who will contribute to help achieve its growth strategy. We are interested in candidates with strong academic backgrounds, who have obtained their PhD -or are very close to obtaining it -at a recognized university, with experience or strong interest in teaching and demonstrated ability to research and publish.
Of Special Interest
We are particularly interested in the following disciplines: Strategy, Negotiation, Information Technology and Quantitative Methods. Also, candidates will be considered in other related management fields, for both the private and public sectors.

No later than July 30, 2015, interested parties must additionally provide: copy of the PhD diploma or evidence that the dissertation will be completed soon (if not graduated), copy (or links to) two publications realized during the last five years, objectives of ongoing research, descriptions of the courses you have taught, student evaluations (if available) and three letters of recommendation.
