Profesor Emérito en Penn State University, International Faculty en el IESA y actualmente es parte de un equipo de profesores que imparte un programa de desarrollo de líderes en ciencia e ingeniería (NASA LEADS) a 22 científicos que se espera sea la generación de relevo en NASA. También ha sido profesor de negociación del PAG del IESA por los últimos cinco años.
